コマンドラインツールを別途AppleのサイトからDLして、インストールしていると、問題が起こる？

うーん。よく分かりません。。
そのうち、解決されるでしょう。。多分。。
そもそも、コマンドラインツールは、アップデートしないといけないのか。。？

Mac AppStoreから、入れようとしたら、止まった？ので、Developer Centerから、フルインストール版をDLして、入れました。。
